Plantar Fasciitis Relief
PLANTAR FASCIITIS RELIEF
Foot pain, heel pain, and plantar fasciitis can be debilitating. The plantar fascia is a very thick ligament on the bottom of the sole of the foot and is responsible for supporting the arch. 1 in 10 suffer from plantar fasciitis. The majority of people get better with treatment. In some cases there is scar tissue and that needs surgery.
Over the years people have tried everything to relieve pain including golf balls, tennis balls, bumpy balls, frozen water bottles, boots, straps and more. Nothing seems to work for all people because most of the remedies did not work with the contour and arch of the foot and treatment itself could be painful.
OhBall® is different. The ergonomic design works and surface area work on concert to fit the contour and arch of the foot.
How it works
Put the ball on the floor, grab the military grade paracords and begin rolling around the bottom of your foot. You can apply pressure downward or pull on the cords for upward force. Having control of the OhBall is important because as you roll on the heel, any other ball could slip or roll away. Now you have get up, chased the ball. It may have gone under the sofa, table or you pet may think its a toy.
The OhBall and SnOhBall both have this patented feature so you are always in control and can vary the amount of pressure on your plantar fascia.
No more “escaped” balls when I roll them under my feet. The cords are really great.I have metatarsal pain and the OH ball relieves it almost as much as massage! My husband also thinks it helps his foot neuropathy, so we are doubly pleased..
The only thing that ever worked! I purchased this now five years ago. I used all types of contraptions, which never worked. Using this thing for a few weeks is what did it. I kept doing some touch ups here and there every month for about 6 months, but after that, I was all good. I recommend trying this.
This product actually worked to perfection to my surprise. Only had to use it consistently 2-3 times a day for about a week and my plantar fasciitis went away completely. Haven’t had to use it since but if my plantar fasciitis comes back I will definitely put this back to work.
